Returns Policy

Please read this document.  It is important.   It contains the terms of the agreement between Mr Scanman and the Purchaser, for the sale of certain products including hardware and software to the Purchaser. This agreement contains the entire agreement between Mr Scanman and the Purchaser and except as otherwise agreed in writing this agreement prevails over any provisions to the contrary which may appear on any order form or other document issued by the Purchaser.

Returns are approved at Mr Scanman's absolute discretion. Each claim for the return of products by the Customer will be dealt with in accordance with this Returns Policy. Mr Scanman will not be liable for any damage or defects in the products that have been caused by the improper storage, warehousing or transport, or by any neglect, abuse or improper use by the customer.

  • Requests for Credit will not be considered until the goods are returned.

  • Request for Credits will be rejected if the product is not in 'as new' condition.

  • MR SCANMAN will not accept products sent back for credit with damaged boxes (includes markings, excessive tape, permanent markers, holes).

  • MR SCANMAN will not accept products sent back without original packaging (foam, plastic bags, manuals, cables, plastic screen protectors, paper rolls, ribbons).

  • Missing cables will incur a restocking fee to the value of the cables.

  • Freight to the MR SCANMAN Service Centre is the responsibility of the party lodging the request.

  • MR SCANMAN reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of 15% to any product returns regardless of the circumstances.

  • Returns resulting from customer error or change of mind will attract a restocking fee.

  • The Returns Policy may change at any time without notice.
