Locations

The Quick Navigator Location Tab can be used to view data in any location. To view all of your stock select ‘All Locations’. To view a specific location click on that location and all stock within that location (and its sub-locations) will be displayed.

To move stock between locations simply drag the stock from the ‘Manage Stock List’ to that location. A screen will come up asking what quantity to wish to move:

Select the Quantity and click ‘Move’. To cancel the Move click ‘Cancel’.

At the bottom of the Location Tab are 5 buttons:

	The ‘Refresh’ Button refreshes the contents of the Location Quick Navigator. This can be useful in the multiuser edition when locations and stock have been added from another computer.
	The Add button adds an existing Location.
	The Delete button deletes an existing Location.
	The ‘Edit button edits an existing Location.
	The ‘Duplicate’ button creates an identical Location in the ‘Add Location’ window. This button helps save time when creating nearly identical items.
