The second step is to add stock your inventory.
There are two ways to do this:
- The easiest way to do this is to go to the Manage Stock tab and click Add. A screen will appear that will let you add your Items and to add your Items to Locations.
- Create an Excel spreadsheet of your Locations. The columns in the spreadsheet should be Barcode, Description, Location and Quantity. There are optional fields which include Category, Stock Level, Cost, Sell, Comments and eight fields that are user-definable. Save this spreadsheet in "csv" format and then use the Import Data screen to add your stock.
