The first step is to create Locations for your stock.
There are two ways to do this:
- The easiest way to do this is to go to the Locations screen and click Add. Enter the Barcodes and Descriptions of your Locations and click Save.
- Create an Excel spreadsheet of your Locations. The columns in the spreadsheet should be Barcode, Description and Comments (optional). Save this spreadsheet in "csv" format and then use the Import Data screen to add these locations.
The Locations will appear in the list box at the bottom of the Locations tab.
