Step 2: Select Options

If you would like to have the column description as the first line in your export file then check the First Line of Export File will be the Column Headings checkbox. The first line of data is discarded.

If an Escape Character is used in the data then that character should be entered in the Escape Character box. An escape character is used to surround characters that might otherwise interfere with the import of the data. For example if there are commas in your data they could be enclosed by the single quote escape character so that the fields are read correctly.

A Default Location can be selected in case a Location field is missing in the import file.
