Editing Customers

To edit an existing Customer’s details:

  1. Select the Customer within the Customer list box and click Edit.
  2. Double Click the Customer within the Customer list box.

The following screen will appear:

Edit the Customer Details. The Customer ID, Name and Contact are mandatory fields and can not be left blank. The Customer ID cannot be changed to a value that already exists. If the Active checkbox is unchecked then the Customer will not appear in other screens and Reports. When all changes have been made click Save (or Cancel to discard the edits).
